A Journalist’s Instincts.
Since majoring in journalism in college, Jordan has kept her eyes and ears open for news and focused on what is going on in the world of Intellectual Property law. She keeps abreast of newsworthy stories and cases about copyright and trademark issues for the Partridge IP Law blog. Good journalists do not tell a story from only one perspective. They investigate. They research. They talk to people. The most accurate reporting of a story best serves readers. Successful litigators use the same skills. A good litigator is never surprised because they have the same information as their opponent. They know and understand the other party’s perspective and can develop a winning strategy based on that information. Seeing and understanding different perspectives and points of view is a benchmark of Partridge IP Law’s practice. Our experience and reputation in mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution makes headlines.
In Harmony with our Clients.
As a musician, Jordan understands the copyright issues related to entrepreneurs and content creators in the Arts. Has someone recorded your live performance or concert and disseminated or distributed it without your permission? We understand what content creators risk and how they feel when someone steals their work. Jordan has counseled and advised a wide range of creative individuals who often find navigating complicated copyright laws more of a challenge than they anticipated. Partridge IP Law takes pride in the work it has done for members of the artistic community who contribute so much to the richness of our society.
Survival Instinct.
You may feel like your IP issue is an uphill battle that you will never survive. As an endurance athlete, Jordan knows the feeling. She understands that analyzing the racecourse and strategizing about the most efficient use of resources is key to completing the race efficiently and successfully. Jordan also understands that everyone benefits from a strong support team. She has provided support to a diverse set of clients over the course of her career. Her dedication and belief in relationship building is no different than the training she puts in to complete marathons or Ironman triathlons. At Partridge IP Law we are willing to put in the time it takes to build relationships. Jordan’s skill at helping our clients manage a wide range of copyright and trademark matters is fueled by her wide ranging personal interests, in stark contrast to her triathlon training which is fueled by junk food and a pint of ice cream a day.
